It is very frustrating to go to the doctor and spend time and money on medicine that cures you just to have the problem arise it again,Drop the yeast infection treatments that don’t work and get the ones that do Articles isn’t it?

But it’s even more frustrating to go to the same (or a different) doctor and get another medication that works for even less time. It can really make you upset and feel cheated by physicians.

The reason why these yeast infection treatments don’t work is because of the nature of the yeast infection.

A yeast infection is caused by the Candida species of fungi, with the most common being the Candida Albicans. The Candida Albicans fungus lives normally in our bodies without any harm or good, as long as it’s kept in check by the rest of the gut flora. It is a communal fungus, with means that it doesn’t really benefit or hurt the human body it lives in.

However, when for some reason, it’s left unchecked, it will tend to grow and multiply at a higher than normal rate, which results in the yeast. This will result in the rashes, itching, pain, discomfort and all those perky symptoms that are associated with the yeast infection.

The Candida Albicans is a microorganism that develops resistance to chemicals and medications. So, after a while, a treatment will no longer have the same result as it did originally. Patients will have to take bigger doses just to have the same initial effects that the first dose had. This will continue until the Candida Albicans develops total resistance to the treatment. At this point, a second treatment will be tried. It might not be as effective or appropriate as the first one, because if it were, it would have been given to you instead of the first treatment. Over time, the Candida Albicans will develop resistance to this treatment as well.

Eventually, the Candida Albicans will develop resistance to all yeast infection treatments that you try.

In addition, trying all yeast infection treatments will hurt your finances, as they are not usually cheap.

In the end, the process of Candida Albicans developing resistance to all the treatments you try will have spend a lot of your time and money. And you will be back at the same point you were when you started.
