The menu was created by a team of scientists and researchers at the independent British organisation Leatherhead Food Research. Pooja Makhija, noted dietician and nutritionist says that it is an interesting blend, but one cannot for sure say what exactly constitutes the most-healthy diet. “I believe every body is unique and has different needs. Basically any meal that includes the five main elements — protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats — constitutes a healthy diet,” she says.
