One of the challenges of daily life is keeping things neat and organized,3 Tips for Using Crystal Clear Plastic Containers in the Kitchen Articles especially in the kitchen.  Baking supplies, snacks, dry foods, and even small utensils can be hard to find, and create a mess when you do find them.  One way to avoid that mess and keep things easy to use is by getting just the right crystal clear plastic containers for your needs.  Here are some tips for using these containers in your kitchen.

Tip #1: Replace Your Canisters

Those ceramic canisters are pretty, but you can't see what's inside them!  It can be very frustrating to go to the flour or sugar canister while you're baking, only to find that you're out of those items and didn't know it, because you can't see into the container.  A crystal clear plastic container can add the natural colors of baking supplies, pastas, or spices to your kitchen, while keeping things neat and keeping you on top of your shopping list. It can also keep everything right at your fingertips, easy to access and find at a moment's notice, letting you avoid the wasted time you spend rummaging through the cabinets for that one thing you need.

Tip #2: Replace Your Cookie Jar

For some reason, people seem to have a romantic attachment to their cookie jars.  They come in so many shapes and sizes, but they all have one thing in common—you can't see through them!  Keeping in mind that your kids will always steal the last cookie without telling you, it seems evident that a crystal clear plastic container is a much more practical choice.  These containers are attractive, too—what could make a kitchen seem warmer or more inviting than the sight of homemade chocolate chip cookies?   Don't hide your baking achievements—display them while keeping them fresh and stocked up in a clear container.

Tip #3: Store Small Utensils

You can even use these containers for storing small utensils that get lost in the drawers with the other utensils.  Potato peelers, melon ballers, and measuring spoons all get lost under the flood of other things, but can be easy to find if you put them into a crystal clear plastic container.  This can be a safety issue, too; if you're rummaging through a utensil drawer trying to find a potato peeler, chances are good that you'll find the sharp blade by touch before you find the handle by sight.

These are just a few ideas for using crystal clear plastic containers to make your kitchen cleaner, more organized, and just that much easier for you.  There are a lot more possibilities, and a quick look around your kitchen will help you decide how you can benefit from using crystal clear plastic containers.
