1. Have some indoor plants

You may already know that nature is a powerful form of therapy and healing in and of itself. Placing some houseplants in your house have massive benefits to you and your family. They can improve air quality by releasing oxygen and humidifying the air. And also plants can boost your mood, reduce stress, pain and discomfort. If you work from home, it is a good idea to have some indoor plants in your home office as it can improve productivity and creativity. And obviously, it makes the room look fresh and clean.

2. Less is more

Less is more” is the defined minimalism style such as Scandi, Japandi, and minimalist design. It sounds a little funny but the furniture also needs to breathe. So give some space for them. Only placed high-quality selected furniture. And when you choose furniture, pay attention to details. How they made it, what materials are used, who made them, where it is coming from. Choose natural or organic materials as much as possible as they are way safer to have in your house than chemicals or synthetic fibres used furniture. 

 

3. Create your own special wellness space 

It doesn’t have to be a big space. But create a space where you can feel calm, relaxed and healthy. Could be the corner of your bedroom or living room, you can have a yoga or meditation space with natural scented candles, or put a big bean floor cushion and indoor plant so you can read a book and relax in there. Anywhere in your home, create a small wellness space, so you can go there when you need to relax and boost your mood.
