Science has recently proven that your thoughts become things, in other words your most dominant thoughts will determine the direction of your future. That means that having a positive outlook on life and in all we do is a must. If you think negative thoughts. . . you actually will act in ways that will bring those thoughts to come true. The good thing is that the opposite is also true.

Science has recently proven that your thoughts become things,I am Fired Up! Articles in other words your most dominant thoughts will determine the direction of your future.

That means that having a positive outlook on life and in all we do is a must. If you think negative thoughts. . . you actually will act in ways that will bring those thoughts to come true. The good thing is that the opposite is also true.

Affirmations is a great way to help move your thoughts in the right direction. They are declarations of our worthiest goals.

Repeating these declaration often enough that our subconscious minds accept them as fact and guide our behavior accordingly is what makes affirmations a powerful tool that anyone can use.

Last June I took a week long coarse on self development. I invested over $4000 to learn how to improve myself in different ways in order to attract success. I'm a strong believer of investing in yourself first in order to help others later.

Affirmations was part of that training. And even though they may seem a little "out there" they work!

Through affirmations we can declare ourselves healthier, stronger, more positive, more successful, more confident, etc..

Recently one of our upcoming leaders shared with me a version of an affirmation I used for years which she took and put it in her own words that resonated with her.

I would like to share with you her affirmation, copy it - memorize it and you are well on to accomplishing great things.

It called "I'm Fired Up!"

"This is My Life and I Am who I say I Am

I AM. . .

POWERFUL, ENERGETIC

OPTIMISTIC, PROSPEROUS

A GOAL SETTER, PERSISTENT

A GOAL ACHIEVER, ORGANIZED

RELENTLESS, COMPETENT

EXPERIENCED, CONFIDENT

ENTHUSIASTIC, PASSIONATE

OUTSTANDING , A WINNER

COMMITTED, A CHAMPION

FOCUSED, POSITIVE

EXCITED, FANTASTIC

UNSTOPPABLE!

HONEST, MOTIVATED

TRUSTWORTHY, A LEADER

A RECRUITING MACHINE!

AND I'M FIRED UP!"

This is another affirmation I got through an email from a great leader and mentor I met in a retreat I went to held in the great Pacific Ocean beaches off the west coast of Panama a couple of years ago.

It goes like this:

"I will win and I'll tell you why:

I will win because I have faith, courage, enthusiasm and am a leader!

Today I will meet the right people; people who are ready and willing to work for the betterment of all.

Leaders seek me out to work with me!

I will seek opportunity at every challenge and will never quit!

I will learn from every experience that I encounter through life.

Any failures that I encounter will only teach me, they will not discourage me.

I have clearly defined goals.

My thoughts, my actions and my feelings are constantly focused on these goals.

I have been created in the likeness of God and am forever grateful.

I am a winner, a contributor and attract greatness!

I am abundant and I believe in me!"

I know some of you might think this is too "out there", but just try it!

If you don't want to do it every day. . . try it the next time you are feeling down or negative about something.

And don't just read it. Read them out loud with feeling!

Yell it at the top of your voice if that is what it takes.

If you just do it. . . it will sink in and you will not only start believing it you will also automatically start acting in accord with those words.

To the TOP!
