Prateik talent

Prateik is super talented and apart from acting even manages to practice, Yoga, Kalaripayattu and South American dance forms. Finally Prateik gives us a sneak peek into his life and answers some of our inquisitiveness through this interview:
You were much appreciated in your debut film Jaane tu ya Jaane na. Were you flooded with film offers after that?
Yep, there were many. Although Jaane tu ya jaane na was a trial tester for me, still wasn’t sure if there would be films that were made for me.

Even though you hail from the film fraternity, you seem to maintain you distance from mass movies. Why so?
I do get very excited and hungry to do as many films that come my way. However, obviously I can’t do them all. For me, the script will always be the most important thing and I would any script that excites me. So I’m open to a lot of new avenues.
So what would your ideal role be?

The word ideal is very limiting for me as an actor and I won’t be satisfied with just one ideal role. I’m a hungry actor and want to try out everything possible.
