Not interested in your job? Feel your job is monotonous? Find it hard to get out of bed when the sun rises? Feel that you are incompetent and non-creative? Then may be it's time for a job shift! Read on…………………..

It is indeed strange that people all over the world are confused as to what is good for them. The reason is simple,It's time for a job change!! Articles they have been brought up to believe that the world is full of suffering and to seek happiness is tough and futile. It's a shame that this should be the case. The truth is far from what people have been made to believe. For one, there is nothing like suffering or happiness in the first place. They are just human defined emotions. To live completely is to manifest ones dreams within for that is the true purpose of ones existence. Do you think Einstein forced himself to think? Did he discover the theory of relativity through perseverance of the severest nature? If you have read about Einstein you would realize that for him thinking came naturally. The word to look out for in the previous sentence is 'naturally', which means as nature demanded of him. It was inbuilt in his nature and he manifested it. Where from did this concept of suffering and sacrifice for success came in is astonishing. You really don't ever need to suffer; please don't confuse working hard with suffering for nothing can be far from truth.

Difference between working to live and living to work

To understand the difference between working to live and living to work, let us take the example of a software programmer. When you see a programmer tapping away at his keyboard for hours together, there are two kinds of assumptions that can be made. One, that the programmer is suffering and sacrificing his life for his work to be accomplished and second that the programmer is so interested in his job or that programming comes to him so naturally, that it's difficult for him to forfeit his job even for a minute. To seek the truth, it is better that you go ask the programmer how he feels about his work. If his reply is that it's a vocation for him, something which he is into for his monthly salary with which he would pay his bills; then you can be sure of one thing; he is no success and that his work will lack creativity. He is definitely sacrificing his happiness and health, for he is doing something he hates; in other words he is working to live.

But did he have an option? Of-course he did, everyone does. We all have a choice to exercise the freedom of will and freedom to choose. Einstein chose to live a simple life and did what came naturally to him. One thing we should understand is that wealth brings happiness to those who seek out wealth as a source of happiness. For those people who seek happiness in art, wealth is of no significance. In case, in the above scenario the programmer was interested in his job and coding came to him naturally then things would be different. Now that he takes pleasure in what he is doing, he's manifesting his nature and hence there will be no friction what so ever; he will be healthy and loving. Here the programmer is living to work and hence will do so with positive energy generating high end codes.

Doing a job that comes to you naturally

For a man, being good at his job is vital, for that is his source of pride and fulfillment. What is required is to draw away from the age old philosophy of suffering to earn a living and start living naturally. A man who lives naturally is always full of energy and requires no doctor every week. He will not worry too much about his state of affairs, for he is working at something which comes naturally to him. Fear of performing is an issue of vital importance in the circle of physiologists of the world today. They receive several cases wherein the patient feels he's not good enough or that he's a failure. The advice they give is that he should have courage and confidence which is stupid. In fact it is the other way round; courage and confidence are the precipitants of the chemical reaction which results from doing what one likes. It is impossible to develop confidence in a work which you hate and it's only fear of the unknown which keeps a person from quitting such a work. The fear mostly engulfing people is the fear of not being able to living a wealthy and respectful life.

Frankly this whole concept of being wealthy is foolish. A man is rich as long as he feels rich and he would feel rich only when is happy about his circumstances. Wealth should always be a something which is gained as a result of being the best at whatever job one is into. A wealth so earned is cherished and to my knowledge a person who enjoys his work is never concerned about his financial affairs for they take care of themselves and he always feel abundant.

One can find ways of generating wealth in any field so why restrict yourself to doing something you hate. It's a once in a lifetime chance because you live only once and it's futile to feel pity for oneself and seek others for help for it doesn't work out that way. So if you find it difficult to cope with your present work and find that all your colleagues are on to something to put you down, then you know it's time to quit. This is not the end of life as a society may make you believe, but the beginning of a new one. A life you will find full or energy and that will make you shed the grumble when you jump out of bed every morning.
