It is clear that there are many beautiful and very desirable ladies living in FSU countries, but how to find the one for you? Sadly due to the actions of a few, many men are now wary and suspicious. Do not be, there are many, many genuine and sincere ladies waiting to hear from you. Only you need to trust and believe in the agency that you entrust for your search, choose carefully.
Scamming is a fact of life for all internet users and erradicating scamming from the internet is simply impossible. Seeking to erradicate scamming can be compared to preventing crime, a laudable idea, but hopelessly unattainable. So it is clearly up to each individual to be smart, to take care and in the field of International Online Dating, it is fair to say even more care should be excercised.
Unfortunately Former Soviet Union countries and particularly The Ukraine are way up there in the black lists. So how easy is it for scammers to continue their practices? Scamming is yet another widely accepted online word, much as geek and surfing the web, but lets be absolutely clear scamming is attempted theft, fraud, or deception.
How easy is it to perpetuate scamming? It's ridiculously easy. The problem is that the internet has been from its inception a channel for the free and open exchange of information worldwide and as such is open to all, the good, the bad and the ugly, without distinction.
What does it take to become a scammer? Put the photo of a drop dead gorgeous woman on the net, pad it out with some wonderful words and that is it. I know that it surprised me to realise just how easy it is for someone, anyone to perpetrate this fraud, but believe me it is.
The collapse of the FSU was when it came sudden and dissordered and for many extreme finacial hardship set in. Yes there are a, a minority that have become rich, or even super rich, but in general these are materially speaking poor countries.
Equally, as is now clear, a surprising number of very beautiful women live in these countries and so scamming began. My area of expertise is The Ukraine and within this country the phenomenon of scamming maybe started in Lugansk,, a quite small city, way down in the south east of The Ukraine, it is an area, that until recently was famous for its mineral wealth and mining.
Lugansk has now become famous both within The Ukraine and among many men across the world, why? It was the address used by so many scammers over the years. Is there something different, or distintive about Lugansk? Are the ladies here more beautiful than elsewhere? There is nothing special about this city. There are many bigger, better and more beautiful Ukrainian cities. No it simply became the first city to be associated with this phenomenon. My friends from this city tell me that the practise of scamming began about 10 years ago, within Lugansk and these guys made a lot of money.
What did it take, it was so easy. Put a photo of a beautiful lady online; find some nice words to say and that was it. We men have always been attracted to a pretty face, a finely shaped female body and so in the early days it was jackpot time. The beauty of the ladies posted on the net led to a swarm of interest and traffic and the recipients, men or women (who will ever know?) could not believe their luck and soon the money began to pour in.
Whilst quite clearly scamming is both moraly deplorable and unacceptable, we have to realise that the FSU countries do not share the same material benefits that we in the West have become accustomed too. The one asset they have and had was an enormous pool of beautiful women. The victims? How were they able so easily to dupe, or rob so many, so quickly? They offered dreams, often unrealistic and unrealisable dreams and played upon such human emotions as the need for love, or lonliness. The guys caught out were, in general guys from the West, guys from the relatively rich countries. Lets back track. The FSU collapsed both suddenly and chaotically and many of the FSU countries like The Ukraine were in dire material circumstances. Gradually through the increasing Worldwide usage and acceptence of the internet it became apparent that the beauty of these ladies could be marketed, that they had a value.
A delicate subject, but none the less an important issue is who was to blame for this phenomenon? Was it the scammers, or was it the guys that were so easily fooled and deceived? It seems to me to be a 50/50 situation and if you are a guy that has been duped, I am sorry, but that is how it seems to me.
Now the plain fact is that The Ukraine and other former Soviet Union countries are very rich in beautiful, cultured and very intelligent women and for a variety of reasons they are open to finding a man from without their borders. How to find and contact one?
Online Dating is now hugely popular Worldwide and there are now some extremely successful dating sites with Worldwide memberships running into millions. These sites are now huge with millions of users around the world and it is largely due to their, efforts, profesionalism and integrity that online dating is now mainline and socially acceptable. Why should you not seek your Russian, or Ukrainian lady from these sites? Due to their own success they are all automated and self registering systems and whilst I know they have very stringent built in safegaurds and controls, a clever scammer ( and most are very clever) can slip through and into their system? I,m sure that many of these sites would agree that due to the history and the high insidence of scamming from FSU countries a different approach is necessary. A very hands on and personal approach and an individual vetting and verification process for each individual woman wishing to enrol to the Dating Agency.
Russia & The Ukraine have to be considered as distinct and apart, in part due to the poor reputation they have (in my opinion unfairly) aquired and it is only through a very personal one on one process of verification and validification that you can feel both confident and secure. A Ukraine based dating, or matchmaking agency that physically interviews each individual lady, photographs each individual lady and establishes the authtenticity of each individual lady before allowing them to enrol. Yes it is quite a laborious process and the chances are it will be more expensive for you, but equally, you can at least be sure and maybe, if you are very lucky you might find one of these gorgeous women, just for you.

The Ukraine is effectively a democracy in its infancy, whilst actually a country with a huge and important history and culture. Did you know for example that the World famous Cossack dance originated from The Ukraine? It is a country with a well above average intelligence and educational average and with a huge wealth and depth of culture. It is I am sure a country that will eventually find its place within the World order.
