Different runners have different strong points. Some can do well in running uphill. However, some run well downhill or some like flat ground. Except your advantages, you need other extra efforts. So you can get a dominant position in the race. At first, you can not find the skills. You think that you had better start to run from others' back. You will know that he is just frightening you. When you exceed others, you must amaze him and show that you are more excellent than him. If he also picks up speed, you don't have to lose heart.
