At the other end you will have your wire connection that comes off the strip light and into a 12V transformer.
All strip lights run at low voltage. This means they require a 12V transformer in order to work. The transformer also acts as the power supply with a maximum load. If the total wattage of your strip lights exceed this load you will experience performance issues. That is why it is always important to calculate the load of your LED Tape before you buy.
Single Colour LED Tape is available in two colour temperatures; warm white and cool white. The former is suitable for ambient lighting as it produces a soft, incandescent coloured glow, similar to that produced by filament based lighting.
