Google Account Recovery Process

Have you if forgotten your Google account password? If yes, then there is no need to panic as this can create more issues. All you need to do is to relax and follow the steps below to find out ways to get access back. 

Recovering Google Account in Different Ways! 

Method 1: Recovery using Text! 

• Land on a web browser and go to Google account login page from its search bar. 

• Enter the username in the sign-in page that is displayed in front of you and move further. 

• Select the option “Forgot Password?” from the bottom of the password field and then tap “Next”. 

• You will be taken to the Google account recovery page to select any one recovery option. 

• Choose the option of recovery using text and enter the phone number linked to the account and tap “Send Code”. 

• Check the SMS received to you and enter the same in the space and tap “Next”.

• Google will check the verification code and will then allow you to create a new password. 

• Make sure that you create a password which is strong enough and tap “Next”. 

• To confirm the password, enter the same in the second box and tap “OK” to confirm. 

•  Your password will be changed successfully. 

Method 2: Recovery Using Email! 

• From the Google recovery page, enter the username that you want to recover and then tap “Next”. 

• Choose the option of recovery using email and enter the alternate email in the space and tap “Send Email”.

• Check the link you received and enter the code in the recovery page and tap “Next”. 

• Google will be analysing the code and will ask you to create a new password. Create a password such that it is strong and easy to memorize.
