Too many people simply had too high and unrealistic expectations for the P90X2 Workout.

At the same time I will make a case in this article that the P90X2 workout doesn’t fail to achieve the results it promises. You want greater balance and ability to endure exercise and physicality as you get older while your contemporaries seem to whittle away?  I would say the P90X2 workoutdelivers totally as advertised.

If you are wanting to look even better than what you did with P90X with that stronger core,If You Want the P90X2 Workout, a Profile of the Workouts, Part 3 Articles leaner more sinewy muscles, and cardio vascular endurance that you probably never experienced in your life. The idea of muscle confusion is not new but with P90X2 the confusion level is higher and the awkwardness runs even deeper for the user. Generally speaking there are two differentP90X2 workout users. There are those that finish and those that don’t.

Those that stick with it and finish, will want to come back for more. They’ll do the basic, then graduate to the deluxe and finally the ultimate levels of P90X2.  Fundamentally the problem with P90X2 is very simple. It’s biggest advantage is also the one which is most foreign to the people it is meant for: P90X graduates.

Look closer at some of the specific programs in the P90X2 Workout.  Chest, Back and Balance is the next generation of the concepts in the Chest and Back program in P90X. Many of you might remember that program as your first indoctrination to P90X. It was push and pull to the max as Tony Horton says and it whipped your butt the first time it’s ok to admit.

Well the P90X2 workout brings a lot of those same principles to life but here it goes way further way faster and brings you results in muscle endurance, strength and balance. P90X2 adds in unbalanced platforms. What the user needs to be aware of is that just because it doesn’t function in the same reps and counts format that P90X is built around, doesn’t mean it is working you hard. P90X is looked at as essential because it provides a level of fitness that makes your body ready for P90X2.   If nothing else hopefully the lesson will be clear that in fitness it’s about evolution and continued challenge and improvement.

If you keep that concept in mind, P90X2 makes a heck of a lot more sense and it might actually serve to motivate you more.
