Owing to the Pandemic Covid-19; the expected trends have not been exactly the way they were supposed to be; whereas the new normal brought on new trends that the B2B marketers embraced.

Trends will keep changing from year to year, but some stay for longer duration. There’s always an opportunity in every challenge and this year couldn’t have been a better example of the same.
