There are different type vegetation and ecosystem are present in various parts of the earth.  One may wonder,Comparison of Vice Presidents in different corporate Articles how and why these ecosystems are so contrast and so contradictory to each other.  Dessert ecosystem in some parts while aquatic ecosystem some other plane.    Tall & gigantic trees in one area while short & broad leaved vegetation elsewhere. Evergreen forest can be seen in some parts of the globe and contrastingly dry deciduous forest too can be seen elsewhere.  Also grass lands with short or medium or tall grass are present in different parts of the world.

Why so much of diversity?  One need to understand the vastness and diversity of nature and that is how many corporate are structurally and functionally organized.  Nature has done its best with what is available in the given ecosystem in a best possible way.  Nature has done it with complete and comprehensive understanding, how about corporate and the entrepreneurs?

In many corporate, one may find many GMs (Teneral Manager) and VP’s (Vice President) apparently (may be absolute also) having no knowledge or leadership qualities.  On the contrary, in some organizations, even the managers may thrill the visitors with their versatile genius.  Why this contrast?  Why the global head’s of some organizations carry such a great stature of leadership traits while their contemporaries in other organization behave like a shrew or hedge hog.   Who is at fault? The organization or the people who are holding such positions should be blamed?

The observation and narration of contract or complain are born out of comparison.  The beauty of a scrub jungle cannot and should not be compared with the beauty of an evergreen forest.  Each ecosystem is unique, separate and has its own limitation & strength.  Comparison should never be made out of two separate incomparable things.

The reason why VP’s in some organizations behaves like a shrew?  When there is not cat and only shrew means, only shrew can become king over there.  When shrew does what cat is supposed to do.  Why you need a cat? Why not the shrew can be called as our VP? This is the logic most corporate follows.  The need and necessity only define requirement of a shrew or a cat.  People who have not seen cat in their life time, any thing can become a cat to them.  That is how many hedge hogs are made as VP’s and GM’s in many organizations.

We can see a parallel to the above in nature.  In a ecosystem where certain limitations are inevitable, nature has given the choice to even the grass to be the dominant vegetation and that is how grassland ecosystem has be created.  The best among the available has been chosen and made as the dominant one in the given ecosystem.  The interesting part is that nature never compares one ecosystem to other, but humans and corporate do.  Before compare your corporate with other corporate, be aware of whether you have shrews and hedge hogs running the show?  If so start bringing change from their on, let alone your corporate will grow.
