People should learn the fact that disease and death has no relationship and the only fact is that

Disease and death are they related,From science of disease to philosophy of health Articles linked or the former predispose the later.  What one should learn and understand from the above quarry outside the premises of medical science?   What should be the understanding and how relevant it is to the corporate world?

First look at it from the medical definition.  Health means a state where there is no disease.  In the present article, the word disease includes all the disorders as well.  A state where the health is affected or weakened or compromised by various factors is called ‘disease state’.   Now the question is whether disease predisposes death or ‘healthy’ state also equally surrenders to death.

One should undoubtedly understand the fact that death is least influenced by either ‘a disease’ or ‘health’.    But the general perception or may be even the belief that disease predispose death.  Disease may affect the ‘quality’ of life and need not entice death.  The statement may read strange and ‘mockery’ of all the established norms.  But, remember that truth always appear strange to those who ‘convincingly’ live on the wrong side of truth.

The fear of death may be more among people who suffer from various diseases than those who appears to be healthy. And such fear may not be ‘so acute’ in the case of ‘healthy people’.    A study, on the number of sudden death of people due to massive cardiac failure or other related complications vs. death of people with prolonged illness has reveled that death due to sudden surfacing of some health problems followed by immediate death is alarmingly growing.

One may argue that the organ failure or cardiac arrest etc., are nothing but diseases only.  The issue is not about the scientific interpretation or intellectualization of a disease.   Although such conditions do fall under the definition of a disease, but prior to death, all those people were normal and healthy.

The death has appeared in their life either like a ‘Tsunami’ or an ‘earth quake’.  The message is that ‘a known’ disease state need not invite death.  Those who ‘appear’ healthy also may die at any moment.   Or in other words, disease may do exist in silent form and that can kill one than the one who may be living with a disease which is obvious and noisy.

A person with disease need not fear death and so too a healthy person, who cannot afford to think that he is far away from death.

Corporate must know the distinction between what is ‘so widely believed’ and what is ‘less known real’.  The corporate when they do well, the top management may think that they are doing well like ‘a healthy man’ and hence would remain ‘healthy’ forever.  Arrogance and ego normally enter and start influencing their every action.  Arrogance and ego would erode the health of the corporate and may cause ‘sudden death’.  Whereas, many ailing organizations will continues to grow through challenges and competition.

‘A spur of success’ always affect the organizations badly that are controlled by a single man.  And such success makes them believe that they have achieved ‘heaven’ and the ‘galaxy’.
