Corporate employees must know the fact that by having many uniqueness or advantages one .....
Most corporate employees will have a sorrow to share that someone much inferior to them have been made so important in the corporate. Promotion, increments, incentives etc., are given so lavishly to such ‘idiots’. But why talents and competency are overlooked, this may be the question of many employees.
The considered winning traits of the employees in most corporate are the communication skill, sycophancy, spying attitude, be a boss’s wagging tail etc. But the question is whether such traits will offer real success, sustained success and the success story that people love to follow and admire in the corporate forever. Mostly, the corporate that are run by single man (entrepreneur) suffer a lot from such malady. Whosoever, the entrepreneur chose or praise, rest in the organization follow the same in verbatim and literatim as all they want is to appease the super boss to secure the job.
Success is the outcome of hard work and patience and all other traits will not help anyone if they lack ‘hard working attitude and patience.
Look at the uniqueness of ‘vine snake’ that is distributed in the some parts of South and North American forests and also may present elsewhere. The uniqueness of vine snake goes much beyond its colour camouflage. The vine snake can change its colour to the colour of its habitat and would remain indistinguishable. Besides having ability to change its colour to that of its environment, it also makes its appearance similar the habitat.
The vine snake is an arboreal reptile, when change its colour and appearance, it perfectly appear like a branch of a tree or a vine (creeper) to its prey animals. Besides all, the vine snake is also deadly poisonous.
Having deadly venom, advantage of colour and appearance camouflage, the vine snake has not been as successful snake as other snakes in the world. With all the above uniqueness of vine snakes were more to fool its prey than for anything else. What the vine snake knows in its life is only the colour and appearance camouflage and nothing else.
Remember, this is how some employees are in the corporate. They may have some uniqueness in fooling others, even the entrepreneurs. Do not complain or admire such people or corporate. They are like vine snakes and they may not survive elsewhere with such uniqueness.
The intelligence, smartness and uniqueness to impress or fool the boss and the entrepreneur is definitely limited to the culture of some corporate. People belong to such ilk may not survive in other corporate with such traits. So such people are neither intelligent nor are very successful. They may appear intelligent because of the stupidity of their boss or the entrepreneur. Intelligence and success instinct are broad and are not limited to any particular situation.
Do not blame or complain, but think whether you like to be a vine snake or want to have very successful career. Vine snake traits will never offer success to you.
