Loyalty should not be taken as an eligibility in selecting or appointing people for various jobs by the entrepreneurs......

Loyalty clout can easily swallow the entrepreneurs if they are not so smart and or intelligent.  Entrepreneurs always love to locate or place only the loyalists in key position in the corporate such as finance,Loyalty should not be the eligibility Articles administrations, management etc.,   Is it bad to place loyalist for such jobs?

In business, the role of loyalist cannot be over written as such people only can ensure business success through people and resource management.    But just by being loyal, one cannot offer anything great to the business success of any organization.  This truth, the entrepreneurs must realize and recognize, otherwise they will be scripting disaster of the organization.

While ascertaining loyalty, the basic instinct or ability of people for the respective job also has to be confirmed.

Man, ever since antiquity using dogs to guard him and his wealth & property.  Man also treats dogs as his trusted friend or lieutenant.  Although man has domesticated many other animals, but only dogs are entrusted with such responsibility.  Indeed dogs are loyal. Many other animals like bull and cow are also loyal as they never insubordinate man despite he being so heartless and cruel to them.   Why dongs alone are used for the job of guarding or in the security services?

Dogs are instinctively territorial animal.  They guard and secure their territory from the intruders.   They fence, fight and even wage war to defend their territory.   The special role of the dogs discovered by early man was not just due to their loyalty but more due to their instinct or ability in protecting their territory.  Once the dogs are psychologically made as owners of man’s wealth and property, they defend them.  Even if they fail to defend fully, they indeed alert the man about the intruder.

If the early man was simply got fooled by the myth of loyalty as the only eligibility, he would have used his cattle such as cows, buffaloes and goats than dogs for the above job.

Cats are also territorial and cats do live with man ever since dogs started living with him.  But cats were never used for the above role.   Elephant is the most powerful animal on the land and they do obey man since time immemorial, but elephants were never used for the above job.

It is not mere loyalty or strength or instinct becomes the basic qualification or eligibility for a job, the strong instinct with capability alone determines the eligibility.

It is not just loyalty, ‘acceptance loyalty’ or ‘emotional loyalty’ is what early man had discovered in dogs.  Loyalty due to dependence and loyalty for dependence was well understood and differentiated by early man while giving different job brief to different animals.

Entrepreneurs must learn this either from the insight of the early man or from the various domestic animals, failing which they may convert their corporate into a farmhouse where everyone will be busy with bullshit.
