Corporate employees must learn the law of interdependancy rather than absolute dependency as.......

Who can come with us and for how long?  It is not just a philosophical question but is a very meaningful scientific question too.

Ever since the life has formed on earth,A rose flower philosophy the corporate man must learn Articles perhaps every life form would have asked this question? May be nature also? The origin of the question would not have been due to the compelling truth of interdependency or the social set up, but is purely ‘selfish’ in nature.   Microbial aggregation amongst the most primitive life form itself is an example for the answer to the above question only.  When they are together, one is available for the other.  The question is not about whether one is available for the other or not, but how long one will be available to the other?

The question has very great relevance to mankind than for any other life form on earth as all the life forms except man believe only in interdependence and not in absolute dependence.   Since the philosophy of interdependence is widely followed by all animals the question of who can be with whom and for how long is very redundant and hogwash from the point of view of all animals on earth.  But man always search and search to find an answer to the above question.

The nature would have asked the same question during creation (evolution) of various species.  Since it had created all species in an interdependent world, nature had never favoured or has created a necessity for any species with absolute dependency on others.

It can be understood very easily if you were a botanist or plant biologist or agricultural scientist or horticulturist.  If you are none of the above, please be an observer of any flower at least.

Look at a flower, be it hibiscus or rose or mogra or jasmine, you can learn the wonder of nature as how perfect its creative knowledge and acumen are.

When the flower is born, only the calyx or corolla (green flower petal like portion) covers the plant.  The calyx offers protection to the plant during its early stage.  With time, the flower petals over grow the calyx and the calyx become redundant functionally.   The flower petals take the responsibility at this stage in protecting the pollen grains and to attract the pollinators for pollination.

Once the pollination event is over, the flower petals loose their charm and role and then disappear.  The seeds are then protected by the seed coat and fruit pulp.   As and when the specific role is over or completed, the different portions of the plant without any complain or grief, moves away from the scene proving the fact of no one is going to be there for anyone and forever.   But everyone is there for everyone up to a stage.

Even by taking a flower as an example, man can learn how brilliant the nature is in creating its perfect drama (evolution) and giving a role and script for everyone.

The corporate employees must realize the fact that dependency in any form by either the employees on the organization or vice versa will breed only grief, greed and frustration.  Employees often cry foul.  They should remember to follow the law of interdependency and not the law of dependency.

Go out to the garden, look at a flower, and learn the answer to your question of who will come with you and for how long?
