Life Management is the skill set that brings you all success in life and make it worth living. These skills are not taught but can be learnt by personal observations of good and bad both. In fact we all learn it this way, but without understanding its importance. We can make wonders if we know what we need to learn and what we do not.

Are you looking for success? This is what almost everyone is running for. You will say a good qualification, and I may agree. But, then you will find many examples where people with lesser credentials than you are occupying higher positions than you and earning much more than you. You will say this is only because of there longer experience. I may agree again. But again there you can get examples of people who have less or say equal experience to that of yours and are still are much ahead of you in terms of rank and remuneration both. There are always some hidden aspects and influences that may increase or decrease your prospects in life. These are some basic personality traits, ideological differences and vision and mission statements that set those winners apart from the common. The bad thing about these traits is that they are not taught in any b-school anywhere in the world. They can’t be taught. But, every bad thing comes with a good thing. So the good thing about these winning traits is they can be learnt. Yes! You can learn these success mantras just by keeping your ears, eyes and mind wide open and observing successful as well as unsuccessful people, both. I know you are wondering why Unsuccessful people? Well, by observing successful people you will learn about the features that have contributed to their success and you can adopt them in yours. Likewise by observing unsuccessful you will learn why they have remained unsuccessful and you can know what you need to avoid or remove from your personality.

Here are some things that I’ve learnt through my observation of people.

Discipline:  No it doesn’t mean that they are rule of the thumb typo persons. But I have noticed that these successful people follow their life under strict disciplinary manner. They do this to well optimize their timings and extract best possible benefits from available time and resources.

Passion: these people have been noted possess extraordinary passion towards their objectives, be they business objectives or personal objectives. They chase them like hounds and never let their points disappear from their minds until they are achieved. No doubt each of their efforts, thoughts and other abstract forces work towards their success.

Relation: you can not expect to succeed in life without support of others. I have seen many successful people to be in good rapport with others. Be it their subordinates, their customers, business partners, friends or even strangers, they know how to influence people and they do it perfect.

There are many such life skills that you can learn by constant observation of everyone around you and keep yours improving. This is what life management is all about. Isn’t it?
