The printers are small in size but big in giving output and big in giving the work output to the people. There was a time when the printers would roll on the paper for many minutes to give a single page print out. Then there were some fast printers and now there is laser printer which gives out the print in seconds. The images are also given out in very quick time. If you want to take print out of many number of copies than heavy duty laser printers are very useful. People who do commercial printing or those who are running a printout and xerox business they always use heavy duty printers and this can help out in giving the print at low cost and also save time. Like printing, scanning is also useful for many and the printers can help you in that. There was a time when you had to buy separate scanning machine for scanning documents. Printing a document from the printer which is far away from the printer is a very big development. To print even without any wire connection from the printer to the computer is even more a big development. And wifi has helped in achieving this. Wifi printers are very useful both in residence as well as in office. In particularly they are very much useful in office and can benefit the people. In many cases we have seen that printer if not with wifi will be connected to a computer. And many people working in the same office,  if they have to take a print out will have to run to the printer which is connected to the printer. They have to save their file on the computer through network. Or they have to take the file and copy to the computer via pen drive and then take a print out. With the wifi you can be at your place and give a print command from your computer and the printer will do the rest. Mentioned above are only few points of the printers, there are many more to say about the printers. Well copying a matter and writing it down on the paper is much harder than taking a print out. It is as simple as that.
