BPO major Genpact has said it will acquire US-based Triumph Engineering, which provides engineering and technical services to aviation, energy, and oil and gas industries, for an undisclosed amount.
Triumph enhances Genpact's services portfolio for the infrastructure and manufacturing sector by adding capabilities in the large and high-growth segment of engineering and technical services, Genpact said in a statement. Closing is subject to satisfaction of certain customary conditions, it added.

As part of the deal, 90 Triumph employees will become part of Genpact's Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Services (IMS) vertical, it said.
