This University has a fairly rich history and was established in the year 1913. The city of Minot has a population of around 38000 residents. A newspaper is published by students of this University on each Thursday and it is called Red and Green. The hard copy circulation of this tabloid is around 3000. These lunch and dining and other necessities are met in areas called as Buckshot’s, Sandella’s, Beaver Creek Caffe, and Symbols. SportsA variety of sporting options such as basketball, cheerleading, football, golf among others are offered for men and women in this University. Beaver is the mascot of Minot State University.
