It is a well-known fact that people are constantly subjected to stress that makes them vulnerable to different diseases. This happens because of our disability to define top priorities in life. This article is devoted to the level of vitality of different problems in our modern life.

Although people are definitely different and have various perceptions of what is essential and what is unnecessary for their life,What is Really Vital? Articles it will not be far from reality to say that the basic needs are very often similar. People tend to desire physiological satisfaction, security, comfort, both internal and external, good relations with other and self-realization. Of course, these aspects may vary depending on personal characteristics and ambitions. But fundamentals are very much the same in most cases.

There is hardly a doubt that in most developed countries people have options to satisfy their needs of different character. Still, people from poor African countries, for instance, feel more satisfied compared to successful Europeans who do not lack primary resources or facilities. So what is the source for stress then? A simple look and analysis of the things we worry during the day demonstrates that we are quite prone to be anxious about trifles or common unpleasant things. For example, a student has an assignment to write a coursework on some global issue like threat of pollution in the third world. The very topic may bring him into a state of being at a loss and he starts constantly worrying about that until decides to order custom term paper. Or another possible example: you were crossing the street and a car splashed you over with dirty water left after the rain. You feel far more than upset; you get angry and think that the whole world is against you. Certainly, such trifles are really upsetting and do not seem trifles when you encounter with them. Unfortunately, they turn into sources for stress. Still, we tend to get frustrated over daily worries. Actually, small things do make a very important part of our life but are they more important than our family or beloved? Do they mean more than a day without illness or accident with someone whom we love and care about? Concentrating on vital things can help us to avoid minor stresses about minor problems. We should try to find satisfaction in minor things as well, in daily communication, for instance. That’s what matters. As an old saying goes, “If you have a lemon, make lemonade”. Transforming small troubles into motivation can be a good way out.

Before frustrating over some trifle, try to recollect your family album or anything that makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and what gives you a strong reason for living and enjoying life. ‘Vital’ comes from ‘vitae’, meaning life; that is why things which you define ‘vital’ for yourself are much more worthwhile to think of than small common trifles.
