What is going to happen this year in a birthday party? Last year the party of a celeb was busted by cops. And it’s a birthday of same hero, Farhan Akhtar on 9th Jan. He has planned this year to throw a big bash on his birthday for the famous sportsperson Milkha Singh, as he is playing the role of this athlete in the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”. 2013 can be a lucky year for Farhan, as his production house – Excel Entertainment has been chosen as a case study by Harvard Business School and will start teaching it to their MBA students this year. Recently, over the incident of Delhi gang rape, he touched the heart of Indians by expressing his anguish through the poem. The short and very touchy lines of that poem are “What is this country that I live in? Hey Mr, are you the same? Contributing to the national shame, Given our conscience a permanent vacation what do I tell my daughter? That she's growing up to be lamb for the slaughter we've got to make a change, Just keep asking the question, What is this country that I live in?”. Really, Akhtar, hats off to you for writing and showing to others that even high class people are hurt through this crime. He is a young director and son of Writer Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani. Farhan is very intelligent, creative and has achieved a good place for himself in a very short time. There are very few people like him in Bollywood who have reached this place in acting as well as direction. At the age of 17, after dropping out of college, he entered to the life of Bollywood and started assisting directors, cinematographers, meanwhile also set up his own production house with his juvenile friend Ritesh Sidhwani. Today he is having a list of great movies like ‘Dil Chahta Hai, Lakshya, Don, Rock On!! And Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”. Rock On was his national award winning movie in which he acted and sang for first time. Farhan Akhtar’s wife Adhuna Akhtar is one of the country’s foremost hairstylists. She has appeared in a TV show in 2012 offering free haircuts and guidance to young women. She is having 17 high-profile salons across India and will be opening very soon in Dubai. Farhan’s twin sister Zoya Akhtar has achieved the success through his movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” as it got a best film award at AIIFA 2012 and Zoya got the best director award for the same movie. She has got a skill to set together big celebs. This time after ZNMD, she is making a film with two leading ladies Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor together.  Farhan Akhtar is busy behind shooting for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag nowadays. He has bought this story from Milkha Singh for only one rupee. He has changed his diet and is working hard behind his physique to attain a six-pack for this film. This movie will be found beneficial to the needy sportsperson. Sonam Kapoor is also casting in this movie opposite him. Let us hope for the best for his movie and birthday wish for him is “Celebrate as much as you can stand on your birthday, but not too much, because you were stopped last year”.
