When Jennifer ‘Jin-Jin’ Reeves was a young girl growing up in Detroit, she had extraordinary talents that came to the surface at the time the city itself was just discovering it’s artistic potential. Artistically fluent in dance, song writing and singing she decided to encompass everything and focus on becoming an all-around entertainer extraordinaire.
After gaining the attention of the world famous Julliard School of Performing Arts, she began to further expand her talents by focusing on acting as well as all of her other endeavors. She started to get some very big public attention and eventually caught the eye of some pretty big entertainers in the industry. Motown legends Gladys Knight, Stevie Wonder and even the Four Tops started to take note of just how good she was getting and was going to be.
One of her biggest accomplishments as a young performer was her second place finish on Ed McMahon’s Star Search. Her acting resume includes ‘A Raisin In The Sun’ and ‘Amistad’. She has made appearances at the American Music Awards and guested with music superstars Barry White and The Temptations.
There is no denying that Jin Jin Reeves is a superstar in her own right. She has most recently brought her incredible talents to the Las Vegas stage as the star of ‘Hitzville: The Show’.
