What attracts buyers to Hamlin Plantation?  The neighborhood is located off Rifle Range Road, so it is only five minutes away from Isle of Palms and ten minutes from Sullivan’s Island.  The Mount Pleasant Town Center (an outdoor mall) is only three minutes away.  The neighborhood amenities are wonderful, as well.  Hamlin Plantation provides a gorgeous clubhouse, and behind it a community Olympic size swimming pool with many features such as a large tube water slide, lap lanes, and a wading area for the kids.  The play park is often shaded and has a large play set including slides, swings for all ages, and more in a large fenced in area next to the pool.  The twenty-four hour fitness center is located next to the pool.  Residents use a key fab to enter.  The center offers nautilus machines, free weights, treadmills, stair-steppers, elliptical machines, and more.  For those who prefer Charleston’s beautiful scenery while working out (or walking with their dog), there are miles of walking trails that wind throughout Hamlin Plantation.   If that is not enough, there are six lighted tennis courts on the property, and do not forget about the various common areas where residents are free to play soccer, throw a Frisbee, or play tag. 

A truly unique feature of Hamlin Plantation is the boat storage option.  Residents can store a boat at the designated storage area on-site for boats located within Hamlin Plantation.  Boat storage can be hard to find and is usually expensive in Charleston, so this is a convenient and low cost amenity to consider.
