What would be the better choice between George St. Pierre's Rushfit and P90X?

The fact that people are now talking about George St. Pierre’s RushFit and P90X in terms of compare and contrast can only be seen as a major victory for RushFit.

If you don’t believe me about this,If you Could Keep Only One Would it Be George St. Pierre’s RushFit or P90X? Articles go check out the reviews on a site like Amazon.com. People are positively bubbly about their experience doing George St. Pierre’s RushFit to the tune of statistical averages of basically 5 out of 5 with a sample set of over 50. Many are saying how much they like the way Rushfit goes about whipping them into shape as well v. the way they experienced it with P90X.

This is huge for George St. Pierre’s RushFit because there is no arguing the success in sales and critical acclaim and also user respect that P90X was able to achieve. When you can at least get into the discussion in some way that’s great. When you can get into the discussion as a possible viable alternative to reach similar fitness goals, than if you are the folks behind George St. Pierre’s RushFit you are ecstatic.

The other element that RushFit has going for it is that it takes a decidedly different approach to getting your really ripped fit then does P90X. Where P90X is definitely a weight lifting and traditional exercises (push ups, pull-ups) centric regimen, RushFit is more of a cardio up tempo experience.

Weights are part of George St. Pierre’s RushFit but not in the traditional reps and sets type format. Instead the weights are there to aid in adding to the degree of difficulty of more of a full-body approach. So in that way, RushFit is more akin to Insanity (also by BeachBody). RushFit is definitely trying to get you to the same place as far as physical appearance, but is probably slightly less concerned with raw strength then P90X. It’s about movement, intense and merciless but with structure. These elements have combined to make RushFit into a much talked-about workout since it’s debut in December 2010.

So which is better if you could only keep just one? First, I guess it’s a great thing that you probably won’t ever have to make that choice. The decision depends almost entirely on what your fitness goals are. If I were underweight, I’d choose P90X and really add the good calorie intake called for in the nutrition guide. If I were overweight and looking to jump start my weight loss while also getting body reshaping benefits, I’d probably go the George St. Pierre’s RushFitroute. The nice added bonus about Rushfit if you are uneasy about your physical condition is that you are given explicit training on the right way to do the moves and modification of the moves.
