Some updated user observations on the GSP RushFit DVD Program.
Since I first started talking about the GSP RushFit DVD Program back in June, things have changed and they also have remained on a consistent plane.
The thing that has remained is that the general user reviews have remained positive. When it was originally conceived, GSP RushFit DVD Program was meant to have dual appeal. First the appeal to the many who love mixed martial arts and admire the amazing full body shape of the combatants such as creator George St. Pierre. Second, the program was hopeful to capitalize on people who have done P90X or Insanity, but maybe wanted a different path to be in really great shape.
GSP RushFit DVD Program had it’s debut about 20 months ago. What has occurred in terms of demographics has been likely a pleasant surprise to the people behind the program. It has become apparent that RushFit has cross-over appeal with women and older people. The people who put the regimen together smartly created moves which could allow for modifications. So if certain moves are too hard because of my fitness starting point or my age, I can simply modify things within the program and not lose any of the benefits. This is an often over-looked aspect of a good home workout set-up: smart design for versatility and sustainability.
So there are some changes in that area. There has also been the emergence of a new foil for RushFit: the MMA style program TapOut. This is a program that is much more like Shaun T’s Insanity because it uses no weights. It is also 13 weeks where the GSP RushFit DVD programis 8 weeks. The daily requirements for TapOut are generally longer as well. On the other hand, TapOut uses lots of the moves of the actual matches including a heavy dose of the martial arts. Reviews so far have been great.
RushFit is likely a superior path to get the ripped P90X look we all seem to covet. The reason is that RushFit incorporates weights and work that challenges the muscles. If we learned any lessons from Insanity it is that the lack of weights does have a bearing on the muscle definition we end up with after the program is all said and done. RushFit also has the star power and this is no ordinary celeb video. George St. Pierre works out with you and struggles all the same. You don’t see that much and it gives the program an air of authenticity.Maximizing Your GSP RushFit Workout Results: A Comprehensive Guide
