We look at whether the arms workout for Power Half Hour can rightly be considered in the same class as P90X.

The reviews are in and P90X is a mega hit.  With a track record of having helped more than 4 million people totally transform their bodies in 90 days,Will You Really be Blasting Your Way to Great Looking Arms in Power Half Hour? Articles it is undeniable that trainer Tony Horton created something special.

The key components of P90X are Mr. Horton's expertise in putting the package together, his excellent instructional and motivational approach, and the variety within the workout itself.

The Upper body makeovers particularly are downright stunning to observe.

Power Half Hour, also by Tony Horton is an intense 30 minute workout designed for people who want to get in, get it done and get on with their day. All the same elements seen in P90X are on display with Power Half Hour. The question is whether, you can reasonably expect similar results?

Here's my take: With Power Half Hour Arm Toner, you get 30 minutes of intense training for the entire upper body with enough variety that the time flies like that. You want to attack all the important areas, and you want to keep the pace high for a big calorie burn.

I believe this approach is a central approach in P90X as well. The calorie burn insures greater overall  body fitness and a more energized feeling when completed.

P90X demands more of your time thanPower Half Hour.  A P90X workout is about an hour and in some cases more. A 30 minute workout has been considered just about the perfect time by many people when asked for their preferences. I liked it too, but I will admit that Power Half Hour didn't have "pop" factor like P90X where I just knew I was getting results because it was working me so hard.

The Power Half Hour arm workout is one of 5 workouts in the Power Half Hour program. Each stresses high intensity, continuous work to really bring a sweat, accelerated heart rate, and also great form for maximum result.

You will get after the biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest in a way like you probably haven't before, unless you have done P90X. Power Half Hour will give you greater upper body strength and definition as well as durability.

It is worth noting, that Power Half Hour is also a smart value coming in at about 1/3 the cost of P90X. It is a great fit for a wide range of people at different fitness levels.

If you are a P90X graduate, this is a 60 day program that will be a great change of pace from the grind of P90X, while still working hard and achieving new levels of fitnesss. I caution you not to be let down when your results aren't as fantastic as P90X though. Power Half Hour is also a great start for people wondering if they are ready for P90X.
