Aam Panna

Ingredients for Aam Panna:  

Green Mangoes - 1/2 Kg

Water - 4 cup

Cumin Seed - 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Sugar  - 3 tablespoon

Mint Leaves  - 3 tablespoon

Broken Ice - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Preparation Method for Aam Panna:


Boil mangoes with water in a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.


Drain off the water and then peel and take out the pulp of mango with a spoon.


Keep the pulp aside in a bowl, now roast and grind the cumin seeds.


Add roasted and ground cumin, water, sugar, salt, and chili and whisk thoroughly.


Stir in the mint and whisk again.


Pour into serving jug and pour some broken ice  or ice cubes

Enjoy chilled Aam Panna.


Almond Honey Milk

Ingredients for Almond Honey Milk:

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Milk - 2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon

Honey  - 3 teaspoon

Preparation Method for Almond Honey Milk:


Add almonds in a blender and blend until a fine puree is formed.


Add 2 cups of milk to the puree and continue to beat till the milk and puree blends in completely.


Strain the mixture, add cardamom seeds, place it on moderate flame and bring to boil by continuously stirring.


Once the mixture reaches boiling, turn the flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes.


Add the Honey.


Beat the milk by pouring back and forth from one glass to another till the milk becomes frothy.

Enjoy Almond Honey Milk with Ice.


Angoor (Grape) Sharbat

Ingredients for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:

Grape Juice - 4 cups

Orange Zest - 3-4 pieces

Cardamom - 3-4 no's

Cloves  - 2 no's

Cinnamon Stick - 1 no

Honey - 1/4 cup

Water - 2 cups

Salt - A pinch (optional)

Preparation Method for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:


Tie the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of Museline cloth.


Place the grape juice and honey in a pan and cook over medium heat.


Remove it from the fire when it about to boil (do not let it boil properly).


Add the things which we tied in a muslin cloth and cinnamon stick and cover.


Set aside to be cooled and then remove the muslin cloth tied things and cinnamon stick chill it.


Whenever to be served add water, mix and serve cold.


A pinch of salt can be added.

Banana Shake

Ingredients for Banana Shake:

Banana - 2 no's

Milk - 2 cups

Cinnamon powder - A pinch

Cardamom  - 2 no's crushed

Sugar - 2 teaspoon

Ice - 1/4 cup Crushed

Preparation Method for Banana Shake:


Peel and slice the banana, add sugar, beat with an electric mixer until smooth.


Add milk, cinnamon, ice and blend again until smooth and creamy.


Garnish with crushed cardamom.

Enjoy chilled Banana Shake.


Chocolate Shake

Ingredients for Chocolate Shake:

Milk - 1 cup

Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 cup

Chocolate Syrup - 1 tablespoon

Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon

Ice - 1/4 cup

Honey - 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation Method for Chocolate Shake:


Add milk and vanilla ice cream in a blender and beat till it becomes smooth and creamy.


Then add, chocolate syrup, honey, vanilla extract, some ice and mix well till the ingredients blend well.

Cola Shake

Ingredients for Cola Shake:

Chilled Cola - 2 cups

Vanilla Ice-cream - 1/2 cup

Condensed milk - 2 tablespoon

Ice - 1/4 cup crushed or cubes

Preparation Method for Cola Shake:


Add vanilla ice-cream to a glass.


Pour the condensed milk over it and add ice.


Pour the chilled cola in the glass slowly.

Cold Coffee

Ingredients for Cold Coffee:

Instant coffee - 1 tablespoon

Chilled milk  - 4 cup

Ice Cubes - 2-3 no's (optional)

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Warm  water  - 1 tablespoon

Preparation Method for Cold Coffee:


Mix coffee, sugar, and warm water together.


Add milk, ice and shake well in a blender to make it foamy.


Serve Cold Coffee in a mug.


To garnish add chocolate on top.

Gulab Sharbat

Ingredients for Gulab Sharbat:

Rose Petals (Red) - 2 cup

Cardamom  - 2

Sugar - 2 tablespoon

Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Pomegranate Juice - 2 tablespoon

Cold Water - 3 cup

Boiling water - 6 cup

Ice - 1/4 cup crushed

Preparation Method for Gulab Sharbat:


Take a bowl, chop/crush the rose petals into it.


Add boiling water and cardamom seeds to it.


Then set aside for overnight.


Strain the rose-cardamom mixture into a bowl through a muslin lined strainer.


Then add sugar, and stir very gently until the sugar dissolves completely.


Add all the balance ingredients and stir well.

Enjoy chilled Gulab Sharbat.


Kharbhooja Sharbat

Ingredients for Kharbhooja Sharbat:

Kharbooja -  1 no's

Orange Juice - 1/4 cup

Lemon Juice  - 1/4 cup

Khus essence - Few drops

Sugar/Honey - 1 teaspoon

Ice - 1/4 cup

Preparation Method for Kharbhooja Sharbat:


Cut the white melon into small pieces and discard the seeds.


Process the chopped pieces of white melon in a blender.


Add the balance ingredients and blend again till the mixture turns smooth.


Add in crushed Ice, make it chill, and serve refreshing Kharbhooja Sharbat.

Enjoy Chilled Kharbhooja Sharbat. 


Mango Shake

Ingredients for Mango Shake:

Cold Milk - 2 cup

Mango pulp - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cashew nuts - 3 no's chopped

Ice - 1/4 cup crushed

Preparation Method for Mango Shake:


Blend mango pulp and sugar in a blender until foamy.


Then add milk and some ice and blend again.


Garnish with chopped cashew nuts.

Enjoy chilled Mango Shake.


Masala Tea

Ingredients for Masala Tea:

Black tea - 1 tablespoon

Water - 2 cup

Milk  - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Cloves - 2 no's

Cardamom - 1 no.

Cinnamon - 1 inch. stick

Black pepper seed - 4 no's

Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon Grated

Preparation Method for Masala Tea:


Grind cardamom pods, black pepper seeds, cloves and, cinnamon.


Add the crushed spices to water in a pan, add ginger and place it over the flame to boil.


Once the mixture reaches boiling, remove it from the flame, cover it with a lid and set it aside to cool.


Then add milk and sugar to it and stir until all the ingredients blend completely.


Remove from the gas, add the tea, and stir it well to blend.


Pour into a teapot or teacups.

Enjoy hot Masala Tea.


Nimbu Pani

Ingredients for Nimbu Pani:

Lime Juice - 1/4 cup

Water  - 3 cups

Sugar - 4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4  teaspoon

Ice - 1/4 cup crushed

Preparation Method for Nimbu Pani:


Take a bowl, add sugar to water and stir continuously till sugar dissolves completely.


Then add lime juice, salt, and mix well to blend.


Chill it with crushed ice.

Enjoy chilled Nimbu Pani.


Pistachio (Pista) Shake

Ingredients for Pistachio (Pista) Shake:

Pistachio (Pista) - 1 cup

Milk - 3 cup

Saffron strands  - 4 no's

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Ice - 1/4 cup

Preparation Method for Pistachio (Pista) Shake:


Blend Pista in a blender with small water.


Take small milk in a tablespoon, add saffron, and mix well.


Then gently add another 1 cup of milk and stir to blend.


Place the nut milk, saffron milk, and remaining milk in a heavy- bottom pan over high heat.


Stirring constantly, bring to a full boil.


Remove it from the heat and stir in a sweetener until it is completely dissolved.


Add milk mixture through a strainer into the blender.


Beat the mixture at low speed and gradually increasing the speed, beat at low and high speed proportionately until the milk mixture turns frothy.


Pour into glasses, chill Pistachio (Pista) Shake with ice and garnish with chopped pista.

Strawberry Shake

Ingredients for Strawberry Shake:

Strawberries - 2 cups

Milk - 1 cup

Strawberry ice cream - 2 cup

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Ice cubes  - 1 cup

Preparation Method for Strawberry Shake:


Blend strawberries, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth and frothy.


Mix strawberry ice cream and blend again until frothy.


Add Ice in cubes or crushed.


Garnish with strawberries.

Sweet Lassi

Ingredients for Sweet Lassi:

Curd  - 2 cups

Curd cream (malai) - 1/4 cup

Sugar  - 2 teaspoon

Ice - 1/4 cup  crushed

Water - 1/4 cup cold

Pista - 4 no's chopped

Preparation Method for Sweet Lassi:


Place the curd and the sugar in a mixing bowl and blend until frothy.


Then add chilled water and blend again.


Add in the crushed ice.


Pour the curd-sugar mixture into glasses.


Place a piece of curd cream (curd malai), and garnish chopped pista's.

Enjoy chilled Sweet Lassi.


Thandaai (Thandai)

Ingredients for Thandaai (Thandai):

Milk - 4 cups

Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoon

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Rosewater - 2 teaspoon

Ice - 1 cup crushed

Preparation Method for Thandaai (Thandai):


Take pumpkin seeds, cardamom powder, almonds, along with rosewater in a blender and grind to form a fine paste.


To the paste add condensed milk, crushed ice, milk and mix well.


Strain through a muslin cloth.


Then add more crushed ice over the Thandaai.


Garnish with chopped Almonds.

Enjoy chilled Thandaai (Thandai).


Jal Jeera

Ingredients for Jal Jeera:

50 gms Tamarind

21/2 cups warm Water

1/2 tsp Garam masala

1/2 tsp Black salt

1 tsp white Cumin seeds, dry-roasted and grinded

1/2 tsp Red chili powder

11/2 tsp Lemon juice

1tsp Sugar

1tbsp chopped Mint leaves

A pinch of Asafoetida powder

Batter Drops

Salt to taste.

Preparation Method for Jal Jeera:


After soaking tamarind pulp in warm water for about 10 minutes, mash and mix it and then filter the residue through a strainer.


Add a few batter drops and mix all the ingredients to blend well.

Enjoy the tangy Jal Jeera with ice cubes.



Ingredients for Shikanji:

1/2 cup: Freshly squeezed juice of limes

1 tablespoon: ginger root juice

1 cup: White sugar

2 cups: Water

Preparation Method for Shikanji:


Add sugar to hot water, stir till sugar completely dissolves in water, then add ginger and lemon juice.


To a glass of chilled water add 2 tablespoons of the above mixture and serve with crushed ice.

Soda Nimbu Paani

Ingredients for Soda Nimbu Paani:

8 cups of water

4 juicy Lemons

10 pitted and halved dates

1/3rd cup Honey

Preparation Method for Soda Nimbu Paani:


Squeeze the juice from lemons, boil water along with dates, and add the zest of lemons for 15 minutes.


Boil again for 2-3 minutes, then remove from flame and add lemon slices, honey, lemon juice and keep it in the fridge for some time.

Enjoy Refreshing Nimbu Pani. Serve chilled for a refreshing taste.
