These development authorities develop the states of India and also provide the home in cheap prices with comfortable living facilities. In every state of India there is the one development authority that develops the state and maintains all the development work in the state. And these development authorities launched new Housing schemes in India.

These are the few development authorities in India which are listed below:

Delhi Development Authority (DDA): DDA has launched the DDA Housing Schemes,Housing Development Authorities in India Articles a built-up multistoried residential freehold flats scheme in different localities of Delhi. In DDA Housing schemes the authority offered freehold residential flat of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK in the different size range of 84.00 to 164.00square meter. In these housing schemes thousands of flats are offered with the different categories such as High Income Group flats, Middle Income Group flats, Lower Income Group flats, Expendable Housing Scheme flats, Janta flats, Economically Weaker Sections flats and EWS flats.

Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA): HUDA has launched the HUDA Plots Schemes and offered residential freehold plots in Haryana and these plots ranges in different sizes and started from 90 square meter 4 Marla. The HUDA schemes plots are categorize in many categories such as General category, defense category, Para-Military, disabled soldiers, freedom fighters, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, backward class, handicapped persons, blind persons, government servants, Police officers and advocates. In these categories thousands of plots provided by the HUDA development authority and these flats are located in the best localities of the state.

Jaipur Development Authority (JDA): Jaipur Development Authority launched JDA residential plots schemes and residential projects schemes. The residential plots in this scheme will be allotted on leasehold basis for 99 years and these residential plots for allotment to the public through a lottery draw of lots. In these residential plots schemes thousands of plots are offered for the number of categorized people.

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA): GDA Development Authority worked on Ghaziabad Development and offers residential flats, residential plots and flats in the residential projects, multistory flats, MIG residential flats.
