Shape your butt with great workout

You can give shape to the combination of muscles that make up your butt. This can be done through Yoga. You need to lie down flat on a mat, preferably a yoga mat. Stretch yourself to the maximum while lying on the mat. Now relax and while lying flat, raise your right arm as well as your left leg and stretch them. Now, do the same with your right leg and left arm. This helps to firm up your legs and butt too.

Tone your abs

There is hardly any woman who does not want to have a flat tummy. If you are one of those who want to get rid of bulges in your abdominal muscles, you will need to work out with an exercise ball. Lie on the ball and face the floor. Your legs should be extended in a V-like position and touching the floor. Keep both of your hands on either side of your head and raise your upper body. You need do this for 15-20 times but this count should be increased as your body keeps getting accustomed to this workout.

You need to take precaution to exhale as your raise your body and inhale while your body weight is on the ball. You need to make a squeezing motion with your shoulder blades as you raise your body. 

Tone your arms

You will get your arms toned just by dedicating fifteen minutes a day to workout. Get a pair of dumbbells of the weight you are comfortable with. You should be able to lift them with minimal of strain. Keeps your legs together while you hold your dumbbells parallel to the floor but at your eye level. Stretch your arms laterally and come back to original position. Perform this exercise ten times standing and lying down. You need to be careful of keeping your back and neck muscles relaxed in order to prevent injury.

The exercises given above are very convenient to perform at home. They give you a lot of health benefits and more. For example, you do not need to pay as in a gym.
