Charles White,123 Stitch, Charles H. White, The Painter of Luminosity Articles a visionary painter, is in a league of his own when it comes to landscape artistry.  If you are searching for an escape to bucolic vistas and pastoral places that take the mind to a higher plane of serenity and relaxation, his artwork is for you.  Stop a moment as you gaze at his work and you will surely find yourself wanting to drop whatever you're doing, leave your cares behind, and walk right into the glorious scenery.  I don't know if Charles White has seen heaven before, but upon viewing his work, it indicates the possibility that he truly has been divinely inspired, and that if heaven looks anywhere
near what he is painting, we are all in for a treat when we see the real thing.

When it comes to nature, God is the master and creator.  Charles White's work allows us to capture God's handwork in a snapshot and hang it on our walls in the form of tapestry where we can enjoy it no matter what is going on outdoors.   His use of vibrant color is almost unmatched.  Most of his artwork includes every color in the spectrum and meshes together with both bright and subtle hues of shading cohabitating harmoniously to create a fabulous work of art.

Another feature often seen in many of his paintings is the effect of luminosity.  He will highlight trees or shrubs giving them a certain radiance that will surely capture the eye, and you will be drawn to those images because every aspect of that image will be illuminated in shimmering brilliance.

Charles White is a very gifted and talented artist whose talents were noticed at a very early age.  In fact, he won his first national art award as a young boy.  He has received world-wide acclaim, and hopefully will continue to create these beautiful works for us to enjoy and appreciate.  I have greatly appreciated his work in the past, and have waited patiently for the opportunity to see his work in cross stitch.  What joy it brings to be able to see these works of art once again come to life with needle and floss.
