Does the Easy Backup Wizard work as advertised? You bet it does. The software comes with an easy to read tutorial. You don't need any special technical knowledge or experience to operate it, but any knowledge that you do happen to have picked up along life's experience can't hurt.
The Easy Backup Wizard software comes with an excellent tutorial, making it childishly simple to create your own backup copies. You simply get an Easy Backup Wizard download, install the software, open it up, insert an original game disk and follow the onscreen instructions. When the game data has been copied from the game disk to the computer's hard drive, the software will tell you to remove the game disk and insert a blank DVD.
Insert the blank DVD and follow the onscreen instructions. The game data will be copied from the computer hard drive to the blank disk. When the process is completed, the software will let you know and you can remove your new backup disk. The copy protection code on the original game disk will have been successfully bypassed, and you'll have a playable game disk for your efforts. Keep in mind that this was all done without the necessity of having to modify your game console motherboard, as was necessary in the not too distant past.
The proof of the pudding, as they say, is in the eating. Well, I tested out all of the backup copies made with my Easy Backup Wizard downloaded software, and they played perfectly. I had no problems at all, and some of them I have played extensively. Keep in mind that copying your own games in order to protect your investment is a perfectly legal activity. Make sure that's all you use your Easy Backup Wizard software for. Don't make copies for gifts to friends or to sell at a profit. That's game piracy, and it's a federal offence. You can, by the way, use Easy Backup Wizard to copy your video disks as well.

Once your game collection is copied and safely stored away, you can relax when playing or even lending out your games to friends. You'll never again have to worry about damage or loss, because you'll always have the pristine original disks stored safely away to make new backups if necessary.
