The easiest way to export your video is through your editing software itself. All of them have the feature to export your final video in various formats. DVDs, Media Players, Portable payers and the Internet are the most common medium for viewing videos and most of the editing software programs have options to support the relevant formats to view on these mediums.

In general, you need to strike a balance between the video resolution/quality and the size of the video file. This is particularly important if you want to view the videos on the Internet.

If you want to view your videos on the internet, you will have to make the file size of the video smaller. It needs to be small enough to be easily downloadable. Most of the smaller videos, those that are 1-2 min in duration, are usually around 3-5 MB in size.

If you reduce the file size of the video, it may result in some loss of quality, but then viewers on the internet do not mind watching a slightly lower quality video, provided they are able to view the video quickly. If it is going to take a lot of time for the video to download, then people will just not watch it.

Making all these changes to the file size, or choosing various export options, can easily be done using a good video editing software program.
