The Certificate Embassy Attestation is the process of verifying and proving that certificate is authenticated and genuine. It can be verified with putting the seal and signature of authorized government official or person signature that certificate is correct, genuine and authentic it can be used in the concerned countries. Nobody can raise the question on the genuineness or authenticity of document.

These two department Ministry of HRD and Ministry of External Affairs are very important in the process of Attestation in India.

 

Attestation of certificates can be classified into three different types depending on their use.

 

1. Educational certificate Attestation -these certificate attestations are need to be used for the getting the student visa for Higher Education, Employment visa, and to Get Admission.

 These types of attested certificates are greatly used in achieving basic to advance level courses. Therefore, students pursuing post graduate courses like MCA, MBA, M. Com, MSc, MA, degree programs like B. Tech, BE, BSc, BBA, BA, B. Com, MBBS, CA or secondary or higher secondary courses like +2/PDC/HSC, 10th/SSLC/CBSE go for education certificates attestation.

 

2. Personal certificate Attestation- these certificate attestations are required for getting the dependent Visa, resident visa, and showing the Date of Birth proof.

Such attested certificates have great demand in occasions other than education. It includes events such as birth, marriage, death, affidavit, divorce, transfer, experience proof & several other occasions where provisional certificate attestation is required.

 

3.Commercial certificate Attestation. These certificate Attestation to commercial purpose like Clearance of Export commercial invoices, custom clearance and LC clearance.

These certificate Attestation includes like certificate of origin, commercial invoices, Bill of Landing, Memorandum of Article, Article of Association, special power of Attorney, resolution of Boards and some other commercial certificate Attestation is required when it is needed.
