Summit Matsu design and manufacture chilling systems which are suitable for use in coastal and other harsh environments.  This has given various industries the opportunity to maintain a constant temperature for a range of purposes for which Summit Matsu custom designs solutions for.

A standard chiller includes copper/copper condensers,Summit Matsu chillers designed for the coast and other harsh environments Articles hot dipped galvanized steel frames, and 304 stainless steel water chiller panels, sound attenuators, and drain trays.

“To build this line of water chillers Australia’s harsh coastal environment demands involved significant research and customization” said General Manager Daniel Rollston. Mr. Rollston continues into further detail about the chillers “every aspect of this water chiller is designed to out live our competitors by 4 or 5 times.  Some of our competitor’s water chillers will live 2 – 3 years before needing replacement – we can last 10.  When you look at the water chiller market today and see some manufacturers using thinner grades of aluminum for condenser fins, or not epoxy coating the fins, or using thinner grades of steel for cabinets, it just translates to shorter product life.  This results in the need to replace water chillers sooner, which is not just expensive, but we believe has a greater environmental impact than just buying a product like ours that is built for durability.  When you look at the total cost of water chiller ownership Matsu Chilling Systems has a very good case.”

This range of Matsu chilling systems have been designed specifically with the aim of replacing the existing conventional air conditioning or process chillers, or to replace a number of split systems with a chilled water loop system.

Not only are Summit Matsu manufacturers of the chilling systems, but they also offer to commission and service chillers if the need arises by customers who have bought a chiller.  Having the same engineers that built the chiller, service it means that if there are any problems they can easily be identified and resolved, ensuring the chiller purchased is kept in excellent working condition for as long as possible.
