When searching for a tool that would make my experiments with astral projection more effortless I came upon binaural beats. In this article,Astral Projection and Binaural Beats Articles we will briefly go over what astral projection is, what binaural beats are, how they work and how they can induce astral projection and other altered states of consciousness – all this in non-technical, easily understandable words.

1. What Is Astral Projection ?

In a very general way, it is a kind of experience where the consciousness of the individual becomes separate from the physical body and finds itself able to interact with the physical world in an altered fashion : it can move through solid matter, it can fly, etc.

Furthermore, the consciousness of the individual is able to interact with phenomena not usually perceivable with the five senses of the physical body : disembodied beings, non-physical locations, etc.

Of course, official science struggles with this. Regardless, it is a startling, involving, profound and utterly magical experience. We come back from it invigorated with a fresh and widened perspective of reality.

2. What Are Binaural Beats ?

Also in a very general way, they are sound frequencies that are used to induce altered states of consciousness by stimulating the brain into generating specific frequencies.

Binaural beats need to be listened to with headphones as they contain two slightly different sound frequencies that are channeled into each ear separately. It is the difference between these two signals that stimulates the brain into generating brainwaves matching that difference.

For example, if in one ear there is a 210 Hz frequency and in the other a 200 Hz frequency, the brain will respond by generating a 10 Hz frequency on its own. In the case of astral projection, the binaural beats are engineered so that they get the brain to produce frequencies in the 4-7 Hz range.

This, science has less trouble with. Binaural beats have actually been discovered in 1839 and have been the subject of much research and experiments since then - especially since the 1970s.

3. Binaural Beats Can Induce Astral Projection

An astral projection sound wave basically leads the brain into the frequencies it needs to produce in order for the individual to achieve the out of body experience. As the consciousness and the body begin to resonate gently at the desired frequencies, the leap out of the body is facilitated and the wondrous adventure can begin!

Binaural beats can be combined with any astral projection technique, if desired. Gentle and safe, this technology cannot force anyone to experience astral projection - this would not be wanted anyway - but as one relax with it and focus on the intention to project the consciousness out of the body, the individual will find himself or herself brought into the experience much more effortlessly than otherwise.

It is a wonderful tool to achieve early success in the exploration of astral projection and build the necessary confidence and trust of self to go far out of the physical body.
