Google has always keep SEo people at edge. Earlier week, there was an unspecifed update. Google has again tweaked new algorithim on 19th July which has been named as:News Wave Algorithim Update".

 It’s been second time that google has improved search algorithm and released mysterious update without announcing it officially. According to Algoro,Google News Wave Algorithim Update Articles which shows algorithm changes confirms unusual signal.

It shows there has been update in google algorithm on 18th of July. To be surer I checked through Mozcast, which is an website to show algorithm weather for google.

Which again show hype on 15th and 16th of July, Which tends to have a quick look over my some of website, where I observed that page views have been increased by 60% for one section of website? While other section has not shown that much improvement, but there was an improvement observed by 20 to 21%.

According to quick analysis over some of website, this google update is primarily concerned with trending keywords as well as search intentions related to informational keywords. Eventually, the screen shot for analytics shown above is kind of informational page. Site like Advanced web Ranking has given it a name as “News-Wave Update”: Google surfes the trending tides! If this is supposed to be a permanent change, there will be a much higher volatility of search results in the future.

According to Searchmetrics “winner of the update are domains related to news, magazine and newspaper website” and there data proves it.

Most interesting part of this update is that HTTPS URLs have changed their position not only by one or 2 positions, According to data from BusinessVibes: Global B2B Marketplace website data which is a Https website, have shift in position by 5 to 8 positions. Expert says that, out of 3 HTTPS URLs changed their rankings with at least 10 positions.
