Winter will be very cold so it is not recommended trekking season but December will offer mostly clear weather with nice visibility. Likewise, summer is not a good time for trekking in Nepal. The months of summer offer mostly rainy days with very poor visibility. But some rain shadow trekking routes like upper Mustang and Dolpo treks can be done during monsoon season because these trails will not have rain much.
