The Caribbean islands have long been a top tourist destination. And why not,Tourist attractions in Jamaica Articles with all of the grandeur that Caribbean Villas have to offer, they have become synonymous with soaking in the sun on an odyssey of ecstasy. Of the Caribbean islands, Jamaica has often been said to have the most diverse and satisfying tourist experience. Jamaica villas for rent can typically range from a couple hundred to a couple thousand a day, but with that being said, everyone can find a villa that is suited for them. In fact luxurious villas in Jamaica can even be more affordable than hotels in many instances.

So when you travel to your luxury, private villa in Jamaica, keep in mind some of the areas of interest. Jamaica is like a whole world contained within a tiny island as far as topographical diversity. You will experience a wide range of landscapes, from white sand beaches, to crystal clear waterfalls, mountains, and lush plant life everywhere the eye can see. On Jamaica's north coast alone you have Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril villa, and Discovery Bay. Of course, Montego Bay is packed with beaches, Doctors Cove being one of the most popular. Water sports are available at all the beaches however. Rose Hall is one of the great houses that has been transformed into a tourist destination of its own since it was built on Montego Bay in 1770, costing the enormous sum of 30,000 pounds of British sterling.

Ocho Rios is another hot tourist area and it is known for Dunn's river falls, and Fern Gully, which is a rocky gorge that zigzags for four miles across the landscape. The name of the city is actually Spanish for "eight rivers". Over the last twenty years Ocho Rios has been developed from a small island village to a sophisticated and lucrative centre for tourism.

Discovery Bay is located in the St. Ann parish of Jamaica and also has a wealth of tourist attractions. Discovery Bay was initially named Puerto Seco which literally means "dry harbour". You can visit the Marine Laboratory situated there or explore Columbus Park, named after Christopher Columbus himself.

Jamaica villas for rent offer you an experience in luxury, as they often come with the most luxurious accommodations, and, if you are lucky, a personal butler to boot. In any event, Caribbean villas are exciting places with a lot of character. The opportunity for exploration is endless and can't even begin to be expressed in fullness without actually being there.
