A Promotional Bag Stands Out From The Crowd

Conference bags are an all purpose advertising tool that is ideal for meetings, conventions, conferences and other large presentations. With these bags, which you can order in many colors and sizes, you stand out from other advertisers who may be present. In a way, the bag is a mini billboard for your company or product, carried all around on the arm of the recipient.

A bag you have surely seen is one that is constructed from rugged burlap and can hold its shape because on an insert inside the bottom. These are easily carried around due to the nice thick straps. It is an environmentally sound product because you can use it instead of a throwaway bag from the market. I have several that I use on a regular basis. When they start to look grubby I just toss them into the washer. That keeps them from getting cooties or germs too. There are plenty of colors to choose from, you don't have to make it green just to look "green". And the space for ads on the side is large.

We all have seen certain companies that sell these inexpensively at their establishment. I can think of three very boldly colored bags, big blue, green, and bright red, that also represent the businesses in my mind. Each of these match the corporate logo and make sense. I am surprised that department and mall stores are not doing it yet. Those places have been using nice paper bags forever, but really how many times can you reuse one of them before they start to tear? Why not give these as a promotion during the holiday season? How nice would that be, all your purchases in sturdy reusable bags that show off the fine stores that you shopped at.

These so called conference bags are also handy at a conference. My favorite part of going to these things are the fun stuff that I get to take home. Have you ever been in the position where your hands are too full to be able to try something at a vendor table. At food industry shows this is an issue! I want to try, like, everything and get the information pamphlets that give me the info on how to later order some. I don't know about you but I need 2 hands to eat with if I am walking around. If I see  a table with bags, I hit there first and then all the packaged product and written info goes straight in there.

This works in favor of the company giving out the bag because their printed company or product name will be seen, while other companies' materials are hidden away inside the bag.
