o Phone numbers. This is the most utilized way to reach out today. If you you’re your customers to call you directly, you need to include your phone number in your cards. If you have a fax number, you can also put it in your card. Be sure that all your numbers are current and working.


• Discretionary aspects of your cards. Here are some of the optional elements you can include in your cards:


o Description of your business. If your business name does not effectively reflect the products or services you offer, you can include a short description of your business. But remember that your card only have a limited space, so don’t overstuff it with too much text. This can only make your cards cluttered and confusing. A short description will do.

o The products or services you offer. You can always decide to put your products or services in your card. You can enumerate it in at the back of your cards, but make sure that it doesn’t overcrowd your card.

o Your business logo. Some experts say that the logo is necessary in the business card, but others say it is not. Whether you include your logo in your card or not, it would help people to recognize you better. With a good logo, your customers will easily recognize and remember you from a distance.
