You should possess the following 10 attitudes if you want to cherish your life


1.       Live for Love

The world will go well as long as there is love; only love can create miracle;

You can enhance yourself if you always see the advantages of others;

You will strengthen the relationships between yourself and other people involved if you can see the advantages of others;

Love is the motivity of everything.


2.       Simplelife

You do not need to have too much.

Anything additional can help others;

Send them out or donate them for charity bazaar. Let people who really need them to make good use of them. Your life will not be cumbersome if you’ve got used to simple life.


3.       Do not get mad with small things.

Why are you angry? Traffic jam, jumping the queue when buying tickets, quarrel with colleagues,  bad attitude of waiters……..

Think about what situations really deserve your irritation before you get angry;

For example: child abuse, people suffering from starving, war……

We can understand that those little things do not deserve your irritation.

4.        Never say “busy” to your life

An ordinary life needs a virtuous circle.

Appoint one day every month for a complete rest.


5.       Live a healthy life

Analyze your eating habits

Find the place you should make improvement to make the nutrition more balanced.

Do at least 3 exercises every week in a persistent way and take at least one class to recover your energy (such as yoga or Taiji.)

Make physical and psychological health, and make yourself energetic.


6.       Sharing

Make every boring things the inspiration to enrich your life by sharing what you’ve learned from reading or life;

Endow life with fresh stimulation and improvement so the world will be better by experience different experience of different people.


7.       Break the difficulties of your life

8.       Try Again

The greatest pressure of life is the fear of facing pressure
