Every psychic has slightly different abilities but basically you will be able to learn the principles that apply to how to make your talents work for you when you want them to. In order to do readings for other people you have to be able to control all of your extrasensory perceptions and apply them at the appropriate time.

You want these tests to be done because with each test that you successfully pass your confidence grows stronger and confidence is one of the key elements in becoming a medium reader. When you fail one of the test you have not actually failed at all, you have gained an opportunity to learn and further develop the skills that you need to use in order to be successful at the new profession.
