Is cold blooded species are good for corporate? Or being cold blooded is a sign of success in corporate?  Man,Can you describe corporate man? Articles very easily describe the atrocities or any ruthless violence or murder as ‘cold blooded’ act.  But in true sense, whether man has any right to use this word so freely and liberally.

Biologically what does cold blooded means?  The body temperature of an animal changes with the temperature of the environment is called cold blooded.  The body temperature of these animals never remains constant.  This is considered to be one of the physiological adaptations of these animals.  On the other hand, the body temperature of the warm blooded animals remains constant and will never change with the changes in the environment.  Warm blooded animals will have great struggle when the temperature of the ecosystem moves to either of the extremes.

Fishes, amphibians and reptiles are some of the examples for cold blooded animals whereas man and all the mammals are examples for warm blooded animals.

Why corporate man use the phrase often – ‘cold blooded act’ as most of them display cold blooded adaptations in their industry.  When we define the constant or variable body temperature as a type of physiological adaptation, man in corporate exhibits variable behaviors at different time and how that should be defined?  According to the situation, convenience and the connivance, the corporate man changes his/her behaviour.  How physiological adaptation inevitably lead to success for certain animals, so is the behavioural adaptation for the successful existence of man in corporate.

The success of the evolved man in corporate lies not in his human evolution, intelligence, or his ability to prove that his is above all living creatures, his ability to display ‘the so called’ primitive and primordial traits and adaptations despite he being so ‘evolved’.

Most species of animals and plants on earth have been studied well, taxonomy and behavioural ecology of those species has also been well documented.  The unique and the differentiating characteristics of each animal and plants are also well described.   Can one taxonomist able to predict so accurately that which animal behaviour or adaptation, a corporate man would exhibit in a given circumstances?  The behaviour of all most all the animals are present in every single corporate man.  Man is the only species who cradle both progressive and retrogressive adaptation together.  Un-fortunately, man is ‘warm blooded’ he cries foul and say cold blooded act on something?

It is impossible to see a monkey behaves like a donkey and vice versa.  No one species of animal would behave exactly likes other species in nature.  This uniqueness these animals are their strength and their weakness as well.  But man in corporate believes that, being unique is a sign of weakness and hence he prefers to behave without any consistency in corporate which others adore as his great strength.  He lets his corporate environment to determine his behaviour.   This is the secret of man’s success in corporate.   He loves to be the product/consequence of his corporate ecosystem rather than the cause.
