Nature,Equal opportunity and equal danger, let corporate world know this Articles in its creation of various species of fauna and flora, had shown fair justice by providing equal opportunity and danger to all the species.  In this respect, no prejudice or partiality has been allowed or any special favour has been entertained.

All most all the predatory animals as well as the prey species use their ears, nose and eyes as the key organs to detect their danger or food (opportunity).  The prey recognizes the predator through the sense of smell, sight and sound.  So is the predator that also uses the above same weapons to detect its prey.

One employs the weapons to sense its danger and always it uses the above for the same purpose.  While the other uses the above weapons to sense its food needs (opportunity).

For example, the snake very smartly uses its tongue and eyes to recognize the rodents or frog and the rodent or frog also use its eyes or other sense organs to recognize its predator.

As far as identifying the danger or opportunity is concerned, nature has gifted more or less equal strength/capability to both the prey and the predator.  Interestingly, the prey animals evince fear and strength to escape while the predator evinces power and strength to hunt.

The beauty of evolution or secret of nature is that the co-existence of paradoxical or highly contradictory behavioural traits in the same location.

The management lesson or message to be learned by the corporate employees from the above evolutionary event is that the intelligence or ingenuity of the performer or the non performer or in other words, achiever or the non achiever is one and the same.  What differs is only the way it is been utilized.

The achiever uses his/her weapons to see the opportunity.  Whenever an opportunity is found, they gather strength and courage to explore and experiment.  On the contrary, the non achievers use the above weapons to sense the danger.  Whenever a dander is sensed, they gather fear & weakness and ensure that they continuously remain as ‘non achievers’ or ‘non performers’.

Many corporate employees used to feel that they do not have adequate employment opportunity as their area of experience and knowledge is highly specialized & narrow.  The people from the R&D especially feel the above and feel jealous of the marketing people as they have plenty of opportunity.

The truth is that, instead of being proud and confident about their exclusive & specialized domain of knowledge and experience, they feel weak & scared.  Instead of seeing and creating an opportunity, they only see danger and lack of opportunity.

Nature has created a paradox in prey and predator due to the strong evolutionary reason.  Hence they display totally non identical behaviours such as one tries to escape and the other tries to chase and catch.   Why should corporate employees exhibit such paradox and undermine their capabilities?  Learn from nature, nature has so much to offer.
