Doing so will help you to know when any type of corrective maintenance needs to be done. If you are able to take care of things before they actually break down, you will find that you are saving both time and money as a result.

There may be times when there are health hazards that are associated with the building that are recognized by those in your maintenance staff. These could include anything from the equipment that they are using all the way to the presence of bodily fluids which could pose a danger to anyone on the staff. Finally, make sure that you listen to the maintenance staff and regularly have meetings with the personnel to know if there is anything that needs to be upgraded. There are going to be times when they will need specific goals to take care of the jobs that are being done.
