Their shared vision for the company is that the word “event” becomes synonymous with the term “Red High Heels Productions.” They put no ceiling on the level of success they can achieve. When asked where they see themselves in five years, the ladies stated, “Planning events in the big leagues…Hollywood, New York, Toronto, Paris, London. No limitations.”Challenges and RewardsThe journey into entrepreneurship isn’t easy, but these ladies claim that hard work and determination, as well as the ability to listen, organize, and have fun have gotten them to where they are today. They have been encouraged by friends and family since they first started dreaming about this joint venture. The support systems they have in their families and each other keep them pressing on. Together they have learned which jobs will suck the life out of them, and those are the jobs they have learned to walk away from. They advise all women to “just do what makes you smile and what you believe in.”Their greatest accomplishment was taking the risk of starting a business together and sharing the joy of watching it become successful. They have learned to pursue only the projects that will lift their souls and reflect their greatest gifts so they truly shine. When asked what they would do differently with their start-up, they confidently replied, “Nothing.” That says a lot.
