After playing a few minutes of Path To Success I thought that the game is too simple, not challenging enough. But a bit later I realized that the game isn't that bad, and it would be good to use it in schools to prepare kids for the real life.

There is not story to be told in Path To Success except for the one you make. You start off by choosing a character for you and many details of their look (boy/girl,Path To Success Articles hair/eyes/skin color). And thse are the first choices of the many you are going to make in this game.


Then you learn that your character moved to a new town, and they are now to start a new life from nothing. You are responsible for finding a job, buying certain things, and not letting they to starve. You basically get tasks every once in a while. It may take you several days to accomplish some of them.


The tasksk vary in their difficulty level. Some take only one action, like eating or buying something not very expensive. It only takes to go to work and earn the mony then you are free to go to a store or a diner.


But there are also the tasks that take more than that. For example, when you have to find a job that pays more that a certain amount of money, and you can't mee the requirements of those jobs, you have to find the ways to achieve that. For one, you might need to go to a store and buy books or specific items to persue your goal.


Usually you meet a new character for a new set of tasks. Those people are your compatitors. I didn't really get how the competition happens. I guess you are winning as long as you are making any progress.


All the game happens with you overlooking the whole town. Different places get highlighted as you play. You have to click on the place you want your character to go, and usually doesn't take too long to get around.


There are many things that can be bought and it is up to you to manage your resources wisely to make your way to success.
